1 Online Store FAQs
1.1 What is your return policy?

We will accept returns on item that are unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping (alternatively, items that are being returned can be brought to the store in person). Items may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. If you have a questions about compatibility, please reach out to us BEFORE purchasing, so we can help guide you & make sure what you are buying is correct for your bicycle.  

If a product is damaged or defective, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to make it right.

 

1.2 Can I buy a gift card from you?

Yes! Right now, our online store isn't set up to process Gift Card purchases. To purchase a gift card, please call the shop during business hours and we can take payment over the phone (or in person, if you want to swing by!). 

For a gift card purchases, we will create a shop account for the person receiving the gift card and load the money directly to their account. We will send them a gift card via mail or email, so they know they have money waiting for them at the shop! 

Gift Cards can be used for anything at the shop: retail items, labor charges, components, special orders, etc. 

 

 

1.3 Is everything you carry listed on your online store?

The short answer is: No. 

While we have most of our retail items online, we are always getting new items in & are working as fast as we can to get everything online! 

We also do not have the vast majority of our repair parts and bicycle components online. This is because components are often bicycle-specific and are not universally compatible. We would prefer to consult with you before you buy any components to avoid any confusion/mis-ordering. 

All of that being said: If you do not see something on our store that you need, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! Give us a call during business hours or send us an email ([email protected]) and we would be happy to help you out and get you set up with whatever it is that is not available for online purchase. 

1.4 Do you ship items?

We do offer shipping on most of our items. Right now, we are offering flat rate shipping ($8) via USPS on all shippable orders.

If an item is not available to ship, on the product page you will see this message:

Delivery time: In Store Pickup Only

Some items that fall in this category are:

- Complete Bicycles and Frames

- Helmets

- Floor Pumps

- Baskets and Racks

- Fuel

These items are all available for in-store pick up, so feel free to add them to you cart, check out, and select "In Store Pick Up" and we will send you an email when your order is ready!

 

**If you select shipping with any of these items in your cart, you will see an exorbitantly high shipping cost come up! This is a red flag that something in your cart is only available for in store pick up, so go back and check the product's page!**

1.5 Can I pick my order up from your store?

Absolutely! We offer free in store pick up for everything available online. Just add the items you'd like to your cart, checkout, and select "In Store Pick Up" 

We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up and then you can swing by anytime during our business hours.
